It is the Pearl Limousine Network member's responsibility to read
and understand the terms and conditions regarding Pearl Limousine
Rewards, outlined below.
Rules Concerning Pearl Limousine Network Preferred Miles
- Only Pearl Limousine Network registered members can participate
in Limousine Rewards and earn Preferred Miles. Members earn
100 Preferred Miles per reservation made and honored, unless
otherwise stated. A member's Preferred Miles will be awarded
once the reservation has been completed (i.e., the trip has
been completed and paid in full).
- If a member needs to change a reservation, the change should
be made online at www.pearllimousine.net, up to 12 hours prior
to the trip time. Less than 12 hours prior to time of trip.

for early cancellation. Preferred Miles may not be awarded.
- Pearl Limousine Network is not responsible for awarding Preferred
Miles if a member or Limousine Ride party is unable, for any
reason, to make or honor an online reservation.
Terms and Conditions
- Pearl Limousine Network reserves the right to terminate Limousine
Rewards, or to change these Terms and Conditions, regulations,
or benefits of participation, in whole or in part, at any time
with or without notice, even though changes may affect the number
of Preferred Miles already accumulated. Pearl Limousine Network
may also withdraw, limit, modify or cancel the number of Preferred
Miles required for reward redemption or change the number or
type of reward offered. Pearl Limousine Network will have final
decision should any disputes over Pearl Limousine Awards or
the awarding of Preferred Miles arise.
- Pearl Limousine Network reserves the right to terminate a
member's Pearl Limousine Rewards' account and cancel accrued
Preferred Miles if Pearl Limousine Network believes, in its
sole discretion, that the member is abusing the Pearl Limousine
Rewards program, or is misrepresenting any information furnished
to Pearl Limousine Network.
- Any Pearl Limousine Network member who fails at any time to
earn Preferred Miles for a period of twelve (12) months is subject
to termination of his or her membership and forfeiture of all
accrued Preferred Miles.
- If a limousine ride party is unable to honor a reservation
and fails to cancel, Pearl Limousine Network will send the member
an email stating that our records indicate there was a no-show.
When appropriate Pearl Limousine reserves the right to charge
late cancellation fees. If a member's account accumulates two
(2) no-show reservations within a twelve-month period, Pearl
Limousine Network will cancel that member's account and cancel
all accrued Preferred Miles.
- Should Pearl Limousine Network offer rewards from any partners,
Pearl Limousine Network will not be responsible for any partner's
participation in or withdrawal from Pearl Limousine Rewards.
- Preferred Miles earned by a member in two or more different
accounts cannot be combined to redeem any award.
- Inquiries regarding the Pearl Limousine Network Preferred
Miles assigned to a reservation must be submitted via email
within 14 days after the reservation date in order to be considered
for review by Pearl Limousine Network.
